Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our supply chain. You will manage inbound and outbound logistics, maintain accurate inventory, and support the smooth operation of our warehouse. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, and other internal stakeholders, you will help ensure that materials are available when needed while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization.

Your main area of responsibility will be handling logistics processes. This includes a variety of tasks in goods receiving, order picking, and goods dispatch. This exciting role is complemented by participation in logistics projects and general administrative work.

Your Contribution:
  • Receiving goods, including inspection, system booking, and storage
  • Picking orders according to customer requirements (man-to-goods picking)
  • Responsible for product storage (FIFO, ESD, Kanban)
  • Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining inventory records
  • Close collaboration with the Purchasing and Production departments
  • Packing goods for shipment (export)
  • Packing electrical control cabinets
  • Assisting with warehouse optimization initiatives
  • Ensuring orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse as well as in the goods receiving and dispatch areas
  • Supporting the Team Leader and acting as their deputy during their absence

Your Background

What you bring
  • Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a Logistics Specialist or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Good German language skills (C1/2 level); English is an advantage
  • Experience working with ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in an active warehouse environment
  • A structured, process-oriented, and reliable way of working
  • Strong sense of ownership, quality, and efficiency
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong plus / nice-to-have
  • Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience supporting warehouse optimization or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with export shipments and international logistics.
